As you've probably already read on every single feed on the internet, megastar/meme/Degrassi Junior High graduate Drake obliterated Twitch Wednesday night by streaming with Ninja, the platform's top Fortnite: Battle Royale player. Celebrities have streamed games before, and celebrities have talked up Fortnite before (Roseanne Barr claims she has 20 wins), but this was something special. The late-night confluence of internet magic also included rapper Travis Scott and NFL player JuJu Smith-Schuster, and together the squad managed to break 630,000 viewers. It was easily a new record for Twitch, but more importantly it's something of a landmark for games as a whole. Whether or not you give a shit about Drake, streaming has just taken a huge leap forward in the public eye.

And of course, as with any huge moment in pop culture, there were memes. That's what you're here for, right?
