The responses were a captivating look at the impact that game creators can have on players. In a medium where authorial voice can often be obfuscated behind layers of ports, middleware, and gigantic dev teams, the fact remains that videogames are an intimate and profound experience shared by many, often in solitude, and the moments that bring people together are rare and beautiful.
