We've seen Alola Forms and we've seen Fusions, but Pokemon crossbreeds are their own wonderful little thing. Whereas Alola Forms show Pokemon in different contexts after adapting to their environments and Fusions are the product of a horrific and awesome generator, crossbreeds are more like, well, breeds. Each artist in this series takes a single Pokemon and then imagines variants based on other Pokemon -- an Eevee is always going to be an Eevee, but there's something magical about seeing what it would look like with the characteristics of a Meowth or a Sandslash or uh, a Bidoof.

There are way too many great pieces out there to fit in one place, but we've collected a handful of our favorites below. If you like what you see, be sure to click through the artist's page for more!
