The latest hybrid experiment to hit the global fast-food scene is "The CHIZZA". Imagine a personal pan pizza with fried chicken instead of a crust. It's like someone took a chicken parmesean and just went into a berserker rage all up on it. The Phillipines is actually known for having a crazy culinary heritage, combining lots of disparate ingrediants thanks to centuries of trade/colonizers.
