Disneyland is 60 years old this year, and in celebration of being one year closer to its pension, Disney has released a time-lapse video detailing the park's construction. It's a neat window back through time, especially when you consider that this was probably cobbled together from footage not meant for a YouTube time-lapse video. Ol' Walt somehow had the foresight to film dudes just painting walls for hours, just in case it might come in handy some day.

It's inspiring to see how much of Disneyland has remained intact since 1955. It'd probably be a lot more uplifting if you didn't just realize that almost all of those people are dead now.
