I really have no idea what to make of this, and that's probably for the best.
This is One Point English Lessons, wherein a Japanese woman tries to teach the audience three new phrases that have all kinds of applications in the English-speaking world, such as:

And not to spoil it, but it's actually a sketch from Vermillion Pleasure Night - a comedy sketch show. Apparently this is a parody, but the fact that's it's sorta indistinguishable from non-parodies is making me QUESTION EVERYTHING.
