Five Night's At Freddy's - a point-and-click horror/survival game - was released on August 8th, 2014. That is less than 7 months ago.

Five Night's At Freddy's 2 - a point-and-click horror/survival sequel - was released on November 11th, 2014. That is less than 4 months ago.

And now Five Nights At Freddy's 3 - a point-and-click attempt to troll us all - has been released. Yes, 3 games in the same series, all released within 7 months of each other.

And now lots of people are screaming, although it's mostly because the FNAF series has been an incredible boon on Twitch and Youtube for Let's Players, and the main way of entertaining their viewers is with constant shrieking. To be fair, there IS some pretty neat lore behind the series, as broken down by the Game Theorists.

Here's the official description:

Thirty years after Freddy Fazbear's Pizza closed it's doors, the events that took place there have become nothing more than a rumor and a childhood memory, but the owners of "Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction" are determined to revive the legend and make the experience as authentic as possible for patrons, going to great lengths to find anything that might have survived decades of neglect and ruin.

At first there were only empty shells, a hand, a hook, an old paper-plate doll, but then a remarkable discovery was made...

The attraction now has one animatronic.

If you wanna follow along with this game without shelling out $8 (since another sequel will probably be released in the time it takes me to write this post), might as well follow Markiplier in his journey to Chuck E. Cheese-inspired horror:
