Sure, the last season of Lost didn't answer many of the show's longstanding mysteries in anything resembling a satisfactory way, but the real appeal of the show was the unbelievably incredible cast and the great characters that filled out the show. And it's nice to remember they really were a bunch of strangers who met each other on an island (in this case, an island in Hawaii, not a magic evil island) and became buddies, with Locke and Sawyer leading the group in their rendition of "Your Cheating Heart" serving as the perfect example.
