The list of major releases to come out with substantial bugs and glitches in 2014 is mind-boggling - Watch_Dogs was famously filled to the brim with glitches and substandard graphics, Halo: The Master Chief Collection's multiplayer was nigh-unplayable, and Assassin's Creed: Unity was...well, ya know:


Nothing is true. Everything is permitted. Well, except faces.

The strange thing is that those were only some of the biggest headline grabbers - nearly every major release of 2014 came out with some manner of significant glitches...even Tetris Ultimate (and yes, it's just a freakin' TETRIS game). What's going on? Why are companies allowing this to happen? And why is it only going to get worse?
