A friend of mine went on a mission trip the Philippines earlier this year. When he went to the Mall of Asia, he got bored waiting in line at the Starbucks. What he did then was randomly yell the first line of 'Still Alive' from Portal ("This was a triumph
"). Pretty soon, the whole line was singing along, except for a few very confused older people.
I was one of 2 people waiting in line for the midnight release of Assassin's Creed 3. Probably would have been more except I was in New York during Hurricane Sandy. Still worth it though.
I've been learning Japanese for a few months now. I learned to read and write around 350 characters from the Pokémon anime openings and endings alone.
I'm a big fan of Naruto, I would really like to be able to use jutsus like in the series. Of course this is impossible, but I've found a solution which makes me happy. Whenever I need to let one rip, I form four hand seals, and call out 'Fuuton Unmei No Kaze'. Every time I feel empowered.
I was not pleased with Dorkly's rendition of Majora's Mask in Videogame Trick-or-Treating, especially given my costume this year, which I don't think is "dumb" at all.
