Phoenix Down (Final Fantasy Cocktail)
Ingredients:
1/2 shot Absinthe
1/2 shot Zwack (Jagermeister will work too)
2 tsp. Simple Syrup
1 Splash Grenadine
Fill rest of the glass with Club Soda
Directions: Mix the absinthe, syrup, and soda water in a smaller glass (a perigord absinthe glass is used in the picture) until the drink becomes opalescent. Add ice if you prefer the drink really cold. Before serving, add the Zwack and grenadine. Both will settle nicely, leaving a nice orange on the top and a deep crimson below.
Unfortunately, Phoenix Downs may not be 100% effective when raising the dead, as I'm sure some spiky-headed ex-SOLDIERs know.
Navi (Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Shot)
Ingredients:
10ml Dr. McGillicuddy's MentholMint Schnapps
20ml Hpnotiq
10ml Vodka
Directions: Place shot glass and all ingredients in the freezer and chill thoroughly. Remove, pour in mentholmint schnapps, mix hpnotiq and vodka and layer on top of schnapps. Down quickly while it's still cold.
Subspace Speed Pass – Ramona Flowers (Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Game Cocktail)
Ingredients:
1cl Grenadine
1cl Parfait Amour
1cl Blue Curacao
1cl Melon liqueur
1cl Vodka
Directions: Layer each ingredient into a tall shot glass in the order given. Use a starfruit (carambola) for a garnish.
Stim Pack (Starcraft II Shot)
Ingredients:
1 cl Bols Blue
1 cl Safari Liqueur
1 cl Vodka
Directions: Shake all ingredients and pour into a shot glass.
Blankatini (Street Fighter Cocktail)
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. green apple vodka
1 oz. melon liqueur
Directions: Pour both ingredients into a cocktail glass and stir. Line the rim of the glass with orange sugar or cotton candy and garnish with a lemon peel. Drink and try not to get electrocuted.
Quick Boomerang (Mega Man 2 Shot)
Ingredients:
15 ml Passimo passion fruit liqueur
15 ml vodka
1 lemon peel
Directions: Pour in the passion fruit liqueur, then layer the vodka on top. Cut a boomerang-like shape out of the lemon peel and add it to the top before serving. Like Quick Man, this drink is fast!
The Kirby (Kirby Cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 cherry jello shot made with Malibu Coconut Rum
4 oz. pink lemonade
2 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
1 oz. Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy
Directions: Place the jello shot in the bottom of the glass first. Slowly pour in pink lemonade, rum, and brandy. If done properly, the jello shot will stay at the bottom of the glass. Drink the alcohol and eat the jello shot last. The jello shot, according to drink's creator Shana, absorbs the alcohol in the drink, just as Kirby absorbs his enemies powers!
